Blommorna från underlandet.

När solen låg på såg blommorna på landet nästan ut att vara hämtade från Alice i Underlandet. Det snålades verkligen inte på starka färger, och plantorna hade liksom en beslutsam tyngd i sig. Och vilket överdåd! det är en härlig årstid det här.


(When the sun shone on the flowers in the country, they almost seemed to be taken from Alice in Wonderland. There was really no economizing in colours, and the plants had like a nice weight in themselves. And what a lot of them! This really is a glorious season.)
